Carlos J. Garcia, CPA
Carlos J. Garcia, CPA is a partner at the public accounting firm Garcia & Pino, PLLC. Carlos has a decade of experience providing tax, accounting, and assurance services to clients across a range of industries, including real estate, financial services, entertainment, and healthcare.
Carlos has significant experience advising clients on cross-border tax matters, including foreign reporting compliance and the tax implications of international operations and investments. He also has extensive experience with partnership taxation, including entity structuring and allocations, other pass-through entity matters, as well as comprehensive tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and families. Additionally, Carlos works with Florida community associations on tax filings, financial reporting, and accounting matters unique to HOAs and condominium associations.
Prior to co-founding Garcia & Pino, PLLC, Carlos worked at BDO in the Corporate Tax Services practice and at Deloitte in the Business Tax Services practice, where he served Fortune 500 companies, real estate investment funds, and high-net-worth individuals on both domestic and international tax matters. His background also includes experience in audit and assurance services.

Michael Pino, CPA
Michael Pino, CPA is a partner at the public accounting firm Garcia & Pino, PLLC. Michael has nearly a decade of experience providing tax, accounting, forensic accounting, and audit services to individuals, small business owners, private equity firms, and homeowners associations.
Michael has extensive experience in the accounting and taxation of partnerships, including allocations, compliance, and other pass-through entity matters. He also has significant experience assisting high-net-worth individuals with tax preparation and comprehensive tax planning, with a focus on federal, multistate, and international matters. Additionally, Michael works with Florida community associations on accounting and tax matters unique to HOAs and condominium associations.
Prior to co-founding Garcia & Pino, PLLC, Michael worked at PwC in the Asset & Wealth Management Tax practice and at BDO in the Private Client Services Tax practice, where he served high-net-worth individuals, investment partnerships, and complex investment structures. His background also includes experience in audit and forensic accounting engagements.
